Expert diagnostic testing helps children and teens meet their full potential by understanding unique their strengths and needs.

 Dr. Nicole provides consultation, testing, and evaluation services with families, children, teens, and young adults. She specializes in supporting neurodiversity, emotional and behavioral regulation, and executive functioning skills. 

Dr. Nicole is a self-pay provider. A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Consultation

Consultations with parents help families consider options for treatment and services, access supports at school, and navigate special education services.

Dr. Nicole’s background as a school psychologist gives her an understanding of school-based systems. This allows her to give school-based recommendations.

Screening

Screenings are used to determine if additional assessment is needed and do not provide a diagnosis.

Assessment and Testing

Diagnostic testing is individualized to the specific needs of each client. Additionally, testing considers the child’s strengths and weaknesses to develop recommendations to support the client and family.

Families receive a support plan with recommendations including classroom accommodations and strategies to use at home.

Licensed Specialist in School Psychology

Dr. Nicole Anderson is a licensed psychologist and a licensed specialist in school psychology.

She has extensive training and expertise in evaluation, diagnosis, and child development. She is passionate about helping families and children develop strategies which help them thrive. Dr. Nicole works with families and children ranging in ages from preschool through young adulthood. 

She conducts screenings and evaluations for autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, developmental disabilities, giftedness, and social, emotional, behavioral disorders. She also provides consultations with parents to help families navigate Section 504 and special education services.

Dr. Nicole also supports families with developing treatment plans and strategies to support their child’s needs at home and school.

Dr. Nicole Anderson earned her doctorate in School Psychology from Texas A&M University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Denison University. 

She has 15 years of experience working with children and families in school districts and community settings. 

Dr. Nicole Anderson is a member of the following organizations: American Psychological Association, National Association of School Psychology, and Houston Psychological Association.
